Summary
Vice President of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Mr. Shigeru Kiyama visited the Embassy with his staff Director Takashi Toyama and Mr. Minoru Tamura responsible for the countries in Pacific and Southeast Asia Division 6 of the Southeast Asia and Pacific Department including the FSM. Discussions were focused on JICA cooperation with FSM on bilateral level, and the region through the Japan-Pacific Islands Leaders Meeting (PALM).
