I extend sincere appreciation to members of Rotary International Clubs District 2750 for the invitation to attend the luncheon meeting to welcome the Pacific Basin Group (PBG) representatives. The luncheon meeting was held prior to the general assembly which took place from 23 – 24 February 2011. The PBG members are Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Chuuk and Pohnpei, who fall under District 2750 jurisdictional responsibility. I also want to take this opportuntiy to thank all members of 2750 for the assistance and support extended to the island group over the years, which have contributed significantly to the well-being of the island people.
