Mr. Satoru Mimura, the new Director for Pacific Division of Southeast Asia 1 and Pacific Department of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) paid a call on FSM Ambassador to Japan H.E. Fritz. The Government and people of the FSM greatly appreciated the role that JICA has been playing in the implementation of various important projects under the Government of Japan’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) including the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer (JOCV) and many others. Mr. Minoru Tamura, Associate Expert for Pacific Division accompanied Mr. Mimura.
