駐日ミクロネシア連邦大使：ジョン・フリッツの日々前進！

東京都庁の皆様が大使館に来館されました。第二回となる首都大学東京へ のミクロネシア連邦の学生留学プログラムについての概要や手続き等など の情報共有と意見交換をしました。 Summary Officials from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan University visited the Embassy to discuss details of the second invitation program  for FSMCOM students to visit Japan. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.    

岐阜県の多治見市から南ヶ丘中学校の皆さんが来館されました。 ミクロネシア連邦についてスライドと説明を通して学んでもらいました。 いつか皆さんにも訪れて頂きたいです。 Summary Students from Minamigaoka Junior High School in Tajimi City of Gifu Prefecture visited the Embassy on an inter-cultural excursion program to learn about the FSM. They were given an introduction on the FSM through a slide presentation. Look forward to visit your school sometimes in the near future. Thank you for your interest in the FSM.

群馬県富岡市にある２１センチュリー富岡ゴルフコースを訪問しました。 １５年以上前からの交流の証としてゴルフ場敷地内にもみじの木が植樹 してあり、この木の成長と共に今日までの友好関係を改めて実感する事 が出来ました。 来年に控える日本との国交３０周年に向け、２１センチュリークラブと 更なる友好関係を築く為、社長の石井様、支配人の濱谷様に貴重な時間 を頂いて意見交換をすることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。 Summary Ambassador Fritz visited the 21 Century Golf Club to inspect the maple tree, which was  planted over 15 years ago as a symbol of the friendship between the Club members and Tomioka City and the FSM. It is with pleasure to see the friendship tree grown over the years.  In celebration of the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between FSM and Japan next year 2018, Ambassador also had the opportunity to meet  with the Club’s president Mr. Ishii and General Manager Mr. Hamatani to exchange views on  collaboration to make the event a meaningful one. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.  

茨城県龍ケ崎市に訪問し、龍ケ崎市役所にて中山市長とお会いしました。 ミクロネシア連邦と龍ケ崎市との学生を通した交流や関係強化の為の意見 交換ができました。 Summary Ambassador Fritz called on Mayor of Ryugasaki City in Ibaraki Prefecture to exchange views on  student exchange programs. Look forward to establish close working relationship with Ryugasaki City.

富岡市国際交流協会主催の第５回富岡市国際交流まつりにミクロネシア連邦 も出展し、コショウや民芸品などを販売しました。当日は、富岡市民の方々 をはじめ、たくさんの方とお会いし、楽しい時間を共有する事が出来ました。 Summary The FSM Embassy participated in the 5th Tomioka International Exchange Festival by displaying FSM products such as Pohnpei Peppers and Handiccrafts. Thanks for the opportunity to share the FSM’s environment with many Tomioka citizens.
