今年、ミクロネシア連邦に３台の中古ピアノを寄贈してくださった、富山県の竹田楽器 代表の竹田時康様と協和海運株式会社の高松社長がご来館されました。このように民間を通してミクロネシア連邦にピアノが渡るという、音楽の交流プロジェクトは初めてのことです。真心に心から感謝申し上げます。
Summary
Owner and president of Takeda Musical Instrument Company in Toyama Prefecture, Mr. Takeda, and President of Kyowa Shipping Company, Mr. Takamatsu visited the Embassy. Through Mr. Takeda with the cooperation of Kyowa Shipping Company, three pianos were donated to schools in the FSM. This is an important crass-root project to promote friendship through music.
