It is always a pleasure to receive our friends from Tokyo Rotary Club District No 2750 at the Embassy, and especially Mr. Kazuo Koyasu from Tsukiji Rotary Club who came to discuss about Tsukiji’s ongoing joint project with Truk Rotary Club in the areas of human resource development and education.
